Personalized training schedules to meet your goals and running background while fitting into your schedule.

A customized training schedule is the next best thing to having a coach, and it is tailored to you. General training plans are not specific to individual needs. We will create a comprehensive training plan (for up to 6 months) based on your goals, current level of fitness, and schedule. Additionally, we will be available to answer questions throughout the training cycle and reevaluate goals as needed. You will have the confidence knowing that your plan is being prepared by coaches with a track record of outstanding success in helping others achieve their goals.

Marathon – $65
We will create you a plan to help you power through those 26.2 miles. Whether you’re a beginner or looking for that Boston Qualifier, we’ll get you across the finish line.

Half-Marathon or 10-mile – $50
The half-marathon is one of our favorite race distances! And being in the DMV area we have great 10-miler options (i.e. Cherry Blossom or Army 10-miler). Let us help you have a great race with some of our favorite distances.

5K – $40
Let us help you tackle that 5K distance. If it’s your first race or you are seeking a PR, we can help.

Maintenance – $30
Training plan will be designed to maintain fitness or focus on building a base ahead of your next training cycle.
