Group Runs

MoCo TC Distance Runs

Where: Bethesda Crescent Trail
Workout: Come join us for a casual distance run on the Bethesda Crescent Trail. We meet at the fountain located inside the crescent trail entrance in downtown Bethesda. After stretching as a group, we complete an out-and-back run for up to an hour, depending on level of fitness and pacing. These runs are for all abilities, ages and motivation levels.


MoCo TC Interval Runs

Workout: During these workouts, we supervise tempo or fartlek-type workouts which help to build cardiovascular endurance and improve your speed. We split up into groups based on current ability and closely monitor each individual throughout the run.
